Four agents for Mulebuy Spreadsheet finds, set side by side on photos and returns

Mulebuy is unreachable, so a remark now has to go to another agent. All four of these were taking orders on the October 2026 dates we read their help pages. The comparison sticks to what a remark-writer needs and gives no ranking.

The shared job, and the parts that vary

Every agent here does the same core job: it takes an item address, buys from the Chinese seller, receives the item at a warehouse, photographs it, stores it and ships it on in a parcel you put together. Where an order page offers a notes or remarks box, the habits on this site apply unchanged; where it does not, the same lines can go to support before purchase.

What varies is the detail around that job: how many photos you get without asking, what an extra one costs, how long you have to send an item back, and which fixed charges sit on a parcel. Those are the details that decide whether a careful remark is cheap or expensive to follow up.

Three points compared, each with its date

The figures below come from each agent's own help pages on the date shown. Where a page did not state a figure we say so rather than borrowing another agent's number.

Which agent suits which kind of order

If you expect to ask for extra angles on most items, check first LoongBuy's note that order pages supporting it allow up to three extra photos at no charge; its standard set of 3 to 7 is also the widest stated range.

If a firm return deadline matters more, ACBuy, OrientDig and LitBuy each wrote theirs as 120 hours from storage, which is easier to plan around than LoongBuy's 5 days for some eligible products with no stated starting point.

If you buy many small items and want cheap custom photos beyond any free allowance, LitBuy's 1 yuan each, as listed, is the lowest stated price; ACBuy's CNY 2 per photo is close behind. OrientDig did not state photo counts or extra photo prices on its inspection pages when we read them, so ask before relying on photos there.

Three order types paired with the agents to check first: extra angles, LoongBuy; a fixed return deadline, ACBuy, OrientDig and LitBuy; cheap custom photos, LitBuy then ACBuy.

How to judge an agent before trusting it with money

Choosing an agent you can trust is mostly reading. Before the first top-up, find four things on its help pages: the fees, written as amounts rather than as free with an asterisk; the storage terms, including what happens after the free period; the return rules, with a start point for the clock; and who operates the service.

Then test the remark route cheaply. Order one inexpensive item with a single measurable remark and see how the answer comes back. One small order tells you more about an agent than a page of reviews.

Names that turn up besides these four

Buyer threads mention plenty of other agents, and new ones appear every few months. The same reading applies to all of them: fees as amounts, storage, returns with a start point, the operator, and a small test order.

This page lists four because the comparison has to stay checkable. Each figure above was read on a known date, and we would rather show four agents properly than twelve from memory.

The links below open each agent's sign-up page with this site's referral code attached. Sign up through one of them and that agent can credit the sign-up to this site; that income pays for the site. Registering through a link is optional; typing an agent's address yourself reaches the same service, and the comparison above was written before the links were added.

Three notes about the agent links: each carries a referral code, there is no Mulebuy link on the site, figures were checked on the dates shown.
