Mulebuy Spreadsheet glossary for remarks, listings and warehouse reports
Two vocabularies meet in an agent order: buyer shorthand from community threads, and the Chinese on listing pages and warehouse screens. This glossary covers both, grouped by where you meet them.
Shorthand from buyer threads
QC: quality check, the warehouse's photo report on an item. In threads it also means the photos themselves, as in "posting my QC". GL / RL: a thread verdict on those photos, green light to keep the item, red light to send it back.
W2C: where to cop, a request for the listing behind a photo. Haul: everything that arrived in one parcel. Rehearsal or trial pack: a paid packing run that weighs and measures a parcel before you pay for shipping. Stored, or warehoused: the order status from which most agents count the days for returns.

Chinese for measurements
平铺 (píngpū): laid flat; a flat measurement taken with the garment on a table. 胸围 (xiōngwéi): chest; check whether it is flat or round. 衣长 (yīcháng): body length. 袖长 (xiùcháng): sleeve length. 肩宽 (jiānkuān): shoulder width.
腰围 (yāowéi): waist. 内长 (nèicháng): inseam. 鞋垫长 (xiédiàn cháng): insole length. 头围 (tóuwéi): head circumference, used on hats. 厘米 (límǐ): centimetre, often written cm on charts.

Chinese on order and warehouse screens
备注 (bèizhù): remark, the free-text box on an order. 入库 (rùkù): booked into the warehouse. 发货 (fāhuò): dispatched by the seller. 补款 (bǔkuǎn): an extra payment, often after a price change. 退换 (tuìhuàn): return or exchange.
加拍 (jiā pāi): an extra photo. 合箱 (héxiāng): combining items into one parcel. 预打包 (yù dǎbāo): pre-packing, the trial pack. 到货 (dàohuò): arrived.

Words on listing pages
现货 (xiànhuò): in stock, ready to ship. 预售 (yùshòu): pre-sale; the seller ships later, sometimes weeks later. 包邮 (bāoyóu): free domestic postage to the warehouse, not to you. 色差 (sèchā): colour difference between photo and item, which sellers often warn about in advance.
尺码表 (chǐmǎ biǎo): size chart. 赠品 (zèngpǐn): a gift with purchase, which a remark can ask for but not guarantee. 号 (hào): number, as in 3号 for option three.

Words on shipping-line and parcel screens
首重 (shǒuzhòng): the first weight band, priced as a block whether the parcel fills it or not. 续重 (xùzhòng): each additional band after that. 体积重 (tǐjī zhòng): volumetric weight, worked out from the box size; the higher of this and the real weight is what you pay on.
普货 (pǔhuò): ordinary goods with no special restriction. 敏感货 (mǐngǎn huò): sensitive goods, a catch-all for items some lines will not carry, such as batteries, liquids, powders or magnets. 包税 (bāoshuì): tax included, a line that pays import charges on your behalf at a higher shipping price.
These words matter to remarks only indirectly. If a find is 敏感货, no wording in the remark will get it onto a line that refuses it, so check before you buy.
